Now Accepting Ocean eReferrals

ESP Clinics is now accepting referrals through Ocean eReferral to help everyone save time and increase efficiency.

All appointments with the Orthopedic Surgeons must be booked through a referral. In order to obtain an appointment, send an Ocean eReferral or fax a referral form to 1 (866) 223-6624, along with all appropriate medical history and test results.

Our office will acknowledge the referral by fax or phone as soon as possible. We will provide the approximate wait time (as able) and indicate if any additional information is required to complete the referral. If an appointment date and time is available it will be communicated to the referring physician. If the referral is declined, a reason will be provided to the referring physician.
